Hi, I’m Marina Romanik, a PGA-certified golf teacher. I love helping people fall in love with this game — whether you have never held a club or you already play and want to get sharper. Golf should feel fun, friendly and a little bit addictive. That is exactly how I like to teach it.
Golf at a castle estate
Golf de Berckt sits on the grounds of Kasteel de Berckt, a real castle estate in the rolling Limburg countryside near Venlo. It is a peaceful, green place to play, with the old estate giving every round a special, almost storybook feeling.
This is a friendly 9-hole parkland course — soft, leafy and welcoming. The gentle layout makes it a lovely spot to enjoy golf without pressure, and the calm surroundings let you focus on your swing and simply breathe.
There is plenty to help you grow your game, too. You will find a covered driving range so you can practice in any weather, a putting green, and a short-game area to sharpen those important shots around the hole. There is also a golf academy on site, plus a restaurant, bar and terrace where you can relax after your round. Lockers and showers make it easy and comfortable.
Golf de Berckt is wonderful for beginners and for players who want a warm, unhurried place to improve. Lessons are available here, and the welcoming atmosphere makes it a great place to find your feet and enjoy the game.
