Hi, I’m Marina Romanik, a PGA-certified golf instructor. I love helping people fall in love with this game — beginners, juniors, and anyone who wants to play with more joy and confidence. My lessons are warm, clear, and easy to follow, in Dutch, English, Ukrainian or Russian. Golf should feel like fun, not homework.
Golf in a famous polder
Golfbaan Beemster sits in the heart of the Beemster polder, a place so special it is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The wide open land, neat lines, and big skies of this historic polder give the course a calm, friendly feeling that is easy to enjoy. It opened in 2004 and offers a relaxed 9-hole layout in classic parkland style — green, gentle, and welcoming.
This is a real “come as you are” course. It is pay-and-play, so visitors are warmly welcome, and the easygoing 9 holes make it a lovely place to walk, play, and breathe. There is a pro shop for anything you need, plus a restaurant with a bar and terrace where you can relax after your round and enjoy the polder views.
Best of all, it has a golf academy and lessons on site, which makes it a great spot for beginners and improving players. A short, friendly course like this is perfect for building confidence: you get plenty of holes to practice, without the pressure of a long, tough layout. Families and groups will feel right at home here, too.

Do I need a handicap to play at Golfbaan Beemster?
No — Golfbaan Beemster is a pay-and-play course, so everyone is welcome without a handicap or GVB card. Just show up and enjoy the round.
How much is a green fee?
A round of 9 holes costs €30, and 18 holes (two loops of the 9) costs €45. Check the club website or call 0299 416 665 for any current offers or group rates.
