Every round teaches you something
Hi, I’m Marina Romanik, a PGA golf instructor with a simple belief: golf should feel fun from your very first swing. I love watching a new player’s face light up after a clean shot. Whether you are just starting or chasing a better score, I’ll help you enjoy the game more.
Where the ice age left its mark
Golfparc Sandur sits on the Hondsrug, a beautiful ridge in Drenthe shaped long ago by the ice age. You can still see the old glacial boulders, the zwerfkeien, scattered through the landscape. The 18-hole parkland course winds through woodland and gentle hills, with rhododendrons, water and quiet natural beauty all around you. It is a lovely place to spend a day with your clubs.
The course is pay-and-play, so you are warmly welcome even without a club membership, and you don’t need a handicap to tee off. Visitors can book online, and the green fee is friendly to your wallet. There is a restaurant, a bar and terrace to relax afterwards, plus buggy and trolley rental, lockers and showers to make your visit easy.
Best of all, Golfparc Sandur is genuinely welcoming to beginners and juniors. There is a junior program, lessons on site, and space for group events. If you are new to golf, or bringing the kids, this is a friendly course to grow your love of the game.
