Three loops, one happy day
Golfclub Princenbosch sits in Molenschot, in the green heart of Noord-Brabant, just outside Breda. It opened in 1991, so this is a mature parkland course — soft, leafy, and grown-in the way older courses become. Twenty-seven holes wait for you here, set in three nine-hole loops. That number is a small gift. You can play nine when time is short, eighteen for a full round, or all 27 when you really want to lose yourself in the game. Mix the loops and each round feels a little new.
Water gives Princenbosch its character. A big pond sits by the clubhouse with a fountain in the middle, and in the evening sun it turns golden. A small bridge carries you across on the B-loop. Ponds like these ask you to think — a little more club, a calmer swing — and honestly, that is where golf gets interesting. The course carries a challenging label, which simply means it rewards you when you play smart.
What I love most for my students is the practice side. Princenbosch has a real academy: a driving range, a putting green, a short-game area, and practice bunkers.
