Hi, I’m Marina Romanik, a PGA-certified golf instructor. I love helping people fall for this game — the quiet focus, the fresh air, the little wins that make you smile. Whether you are brand new or fine-tuning your swing, my job is to make every lesson clear, friendly and fun.
Green, gentle and welcoming
Golfclub ’t Zelle sits in the leafy countryside near Hengelo, in Gelderland. It is a parkland course — the kind with soft grass, mature trees and open fairways that feel calm and natural under your feet. With 18 holes laid out across three nine-hole loops, you can mix and match your round and enjoy plenty of variety without ever feeling rushed.
What I love most about a course like this is how welcoming it is. Visitors are warmly received, you can book your tee time online, and the club is part of the NGF, so everything runs smoothly and friendly. There is a real golf academy on site, a driving range to warm up, a putting green and a short-game area to sharpen the shots that save you strokes — plus a pro shop and a restaurant for a relaxed bite afterwards.
’t Zelle is a lovely place to grow into the game. It is beginner-friendly, juniors are welcome with their own program, and there is a short course to build confidence step by step. Families, new golfers and players who simply want a calm, green day out will feel right at home here. Buggies and trolleys are easy to rent, so you can focus on your swing and the scenery.

Play it better with a few lessons
A beautiful course is even more fun when your shots go where you want them to. A handful of friendly lessons can do wonders — straighter drives, softer chips, more confidence on every green. I teach all ages and levels, from your very first swing to polishing an already-good game, and I speak Dutch, English, Ukrainian and Russian, so we will always understand each other easily.
