Hi, I’m Marina Romanik, a PGA-certified golf instructor based in Utrecht. I love helping people fall in love with this game — whether you are swinging a club for the very first time or chasing a lower handicap. My promise is simple: clear tips, lots of encouragement, and a lot of fun along the way.
A course full of colour
Golfclub Tespelduyn sits in the heart of the Bollenstreek, the famous Dutch flower bulb region near Noordwijkerhout. In spring the surrounding fields glow with colour, and the views open up wide across the flat, green landscape. It is a friendly parkland course with 9 holes and a par of 32 — short enough to feel relaxed, yet full of character.
The signature moment is hole 3. You tee off from the top of a 23-metre-high “terp”, a man-made hill, with a beautiful panorama stretching out below you. It is the kind of view that makes you reach for your camera before your driver.
Tespelduyn is a welcoming, pay-and-play course, so you can simply book a tee time online and come play. There is a driving range, a putting green and a short-game area to warm up, plus an academy on site, a cosy restaurant, and buggies for rent. Visitors are always welcome.
This makes it a lovely spot for beginners and juniors. A 9-hole layout is far less daunting than a long course, the practice facilities help you build confidence, and the friendly setting takes the pressure off. Improving players will enjoy sharpening their short game here, too.

No. Tespelduyn is a pay-and-play course, so no handicap card or GVB is required. Anyone can book a tee time online and come and play.
Can I book a tee time online?
Yes — you can reserve your spot directly via golfbaantespelduyn.nl. The course is open year-round, so there is nearly always a time that suits you.
Is Tespelduyn a good course for beginners?
Absolutely. The 9-hole, par-32 layout is short and relaxed, and there is a driving range, putting green, and short-game area to build your confidence before you tee off. The on-site academy can also arrange lessons.
Are juniors welcome?
Yes, juniors are very welcome at Tespelduyn. The friendly, shorter course and easy pace of play make it an ideal introduction to the game for younger golfers.
Where is Golfclub Tespelduyn and is there anything to do after the round?
The club is at Tespellaan 53, 2211 VT Noordwijkerhout, in the heart of the Bollenstreek flower bulb region — especially beautiful in spring. After your round, the cosy restaurant on site is a lovely place to relax.
Does Marina Romanik give lessons at Tespelduyn?
