Hi, I’m Marina Romanik, a PGA-certified golf instructor based in Utrecht. I love showing people that golf is friendly, fun and for everyone — children, adults, beginners and players who simply want to get better. I teach in Dutch, English, Ukrainian and Russian, so wherever you come from, you will feel at home. When a course has real history and character, I get excited to share it with my students.

A course with deep roots

The Hilversumsche Golf Club is one of the true grand old names of Dutch golf. It was founded all the way back in 1895, which makes it one of the oldest golf clubs in the Netherlands. Think about that for a moment: golfers have been walking these fairways for well over a century. That kind of history gives a course a special feeling — a sense of tradition, calm and quiet pride that you notice the moment you arrive.

Set near Hilversum, in the green heart of the country, this is a classic 18-hole course. A full 18 holes gives you the complete golf experience: room to plan your round, to enjoy the rhythm of the game, and to feel real progress from the first tee to the last green. The peaceful, leafy surroundings of the Hilversum area make every round feel like a little escape from busy daily life.
