Hi, I’m Marina Romanik, a PGA-certified golf teacher based in Utrecht. I love seeing a player’s face light up when a shot finally clicks. Whether you have swung a club for years or you are just curious to start, I am here to make golf simple, friendly and fun for you.
A classic in Limburg
The Maastrichtse Golf & Country Club sits on the green Dousberg, on the edge of Maastricht in the rolling south of the Netherlands. With 27 holes laid out as three nine-hole loops, you can mix and match your round and play a fresh combination every time you visit. It is a true championship-level course, so there is always a worthy test waiting for confident players.
But this club is much more than a tough card. The practice side is excellent: a covered, floodlit driving range that you can use in any weather and even after dark, a putting green, a dedicated short-game area and practice bunkers. There is a golf academy on site too, which tells you this is a place that cares about helping golfers grow.
That mix makes it lovely for learners as well as low handicappers. Beginners and juniors are genuinely welcome here, and with three loops plus all those practice areas, there is space to build your game step by step.
